Often we have been asked, "Why should I invest in GPS Tracking?" So here we will answer this question, but we also understand that each business and individual will also have their own needs that drive them. Therefore, if you want to discuss this further, please do not hesitate to contact us to discuss your own personal requirements.
ROI
Usually the first thing that any business will ask is, "What does it cost?" Unlike other companies, we do not hide our charges behind a lengthy sales spiel. Nothing is hidden, all of our charges are found on our Sign-Up page.
However, what is more important than cost, is your ROI (Return On Investment) - i.e. if you are spending money on GPS Tracking, other than the obvious peace-of-mind you will get from having your vehicles tracked, is it actually saving you more than you are spending? That is, is there a positive effect on your company's bottom line or, overall, are you saving more than it costs you to have a GPS Tracking device installed in your vehicle?
We want you to know all the parameters and figures we are looking at when calculating an ROI for your business. We also want you to be able to play with those figures yourself so you can ensure they are justified and correct. Therefore, we have set-up a Savings/ROI Calculator that enables you to work the numbers yourself.
Within the calculator we have set-up a number of 'default' values that relate to a standard car or van with a driver. We assume that the driver's behaviour has never been monitored and you have the ability to plan their route. We also assume that the vehicle is only used during typical business hours (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm). If these defaults apply to you, then simply put in the number of vehicles and press the Calculate button.
Proving Charges
Often when sending an employee out to do a job 'onsite' questions can arise regarding the bill. Having a GPS Tracking device installed will give you empirical historic records of where the vehicle was, when it arrived on site and when it left.
